Wigs by Yuli – Shipping, Tracking & Returns Policy
At Wigs by Yuli, we specialize in the creation of luxury, custom-made wigs, meticulously designed to meet the unique specifications of each client. Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, every wig requires a dedicated production process to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
Processing & Shipping Time
The estimated processing time is approximately two (2) weeks from the moment the order is confirmed. This timeframe may vary depending on the level of customization requested, design complexity, material availability, or special client requirements.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier selected and the shipping method chosen by the client at checkout. Wigs by Yuli is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
We recommend placing orders in advance, especially for special events or scheduled appointments, to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided through the shipping carrier. Clients are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking number provided.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Wigs by Yuli is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect information provided by the client.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all wigs are custom-made and personalized specifically for each client, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun or after the final product has been delivered.
Exceptions may apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Clients must contact Wigs by Yuli directly with details and supporting information so the situation can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be provided.
